[Ad] I recently introduced Scandinavian eco watch brand Nordgreen here on the blog. In case you missed it, not only do Nordgreen stock a beautiful range which is both pared down and also extremely versatile thanks to their interchangeable straps, they also take their social and environmental responsibilities seriously…
Nordgreen Sustainability and Ethics
- In their 2019 Christmas campaign, they provided meals to 8966 people in need in the UK and Japan,
- They’ve raised fund to provide books to underprivileged children in South Korea,
- Contributed to reforestation efforts in Australia following devastating wildfires,
- Helped provide 6500 hours of education to children in India,
- Contributed to providing more than 23000 months of drinking water to Central African Republic,
- Helped preserve 742,000sqm of rainforest in Latin America,
- Planted thousands of trees to offset carbon emissions,
- Sustainable packaging is made of FSC-certified cartons and up-cycled plastic bottles.
With initiatives in place focusing on creating a carbon neutral footprint, as well as ensuring high working standards for employees worldwide, Nordgreen are a fantastic brand to support – never more so than this Christmas…
Nordgreen have partnered with KidsOut charity for December so that for every order from December 2nd – December 30th, a child in refuge will receive a toy. And as a token of gratitude for helping to support this very worthy cause, you will also receive a free strap. This excellent campaign is in addition to Nordgreen’s usual Giving Back Program, where you’re able to select one of their three missions to support during purchases.
Nordgreen Lust-Have List
Today I’m indulging myself with a gift guide featuring my favourite combinations from their collections!
If you see anything you love, grab yourself 15% off Nordgreen’s range by using my discount MIND.
To be honest, there’s a lot on the Nordgreen website that I’d be happy to open on Christmas morning! The fact that they have interchangeable straps is a massive bonus for me, because it means I don’t have to choose just one! But selecting a single model is still tricky when they have such a beautiful range…
I’m currently having a love affair with rose gold / copper, after a very long relationship with white gold / silver. And yet, I surprised myself by falling for this gorgeous yellow gold Philosopher:
I think it’s the classic yet stylish simplicity – so pretty!
However, much though I’m a fan, white and rose gold still have my heart. In fact, rightly or wrongly I often wear them together!
I adore this rose gold version of the same watch (I may have a thing about the Philosopher!):
…And yet, I can’t deny I also love a classy link strap like this one on Dan’s very smart Pioneer:
Most of Nordgreen’s watches are unisex, but while this one is actually exclusively designed for men – I think it quite suits me nonetheless!
I was also gifted this stunning gunmetal version, and I think this colour is just so classy!
Beautiful metal straps aside for a moment, I’m also lusting after the grey and blush leather (or vegan if you prefer) straps…
…Which is why having choice, is my favourite part about Nordgreen!
Finally, for something a little different, there’s always Nordgreen’s newest model, the minimalist and feminine Unika:
Whichever you choose, knowing you’re able to build a collection of straps means you’re not constrained to your first choice! This is great news for anyone like me who likes options to fit my outfits and my moods.
Don’t forget if you’d like one of these beauties for yourself – or you’re going to treat someone special – use my discount code MIND for 15% off purchases!
