[Ad – gifted] As is probably becoming unmistakably conspicuous by now, I’ve started to take a very keen interest in sustainability, and I’m finding new ways to live better every week. Most recently my attention has been turned to sustainable clothing and today I’m sharing one of my favourite new brands. I was kindly gifted some fantastic new sportswear items; read on for my Sundried ethical sportswear review…
Ethical Sportswear Review
I became aware of Sundried when they reached out to me about the possibility of a collaboration for my sustainability Christmas gift guide – yes, I know that’s months off, but in this game you have to be prepared way in advance! We had a chat, I loved their stuff, and I proposed a full feature review because I wanted to show you each of their three incredible eco ranges.
Sundried sent me three items of clothing as well as their sleek water bottle, and each sportswear item is environmentally-friendly in its own clever way…
Eco Tech Women’s Fitness Top
This t-shirt is super soft whilst also being a flattering fit. The four-way stretchy material makes it very comfortable for exercising in, and the technical sweat-wicking material makes it ideal for even the most intense workout.
The high quality fitness t-shirt won’t lose shape or colour so will last and last, but best of all? You can wear this sports top with a clear conscious because when the time finally does come to bin it, the pioneering Eco Tech fabric will completely biodegrade within three years.
Eco Core Les Rouies Women’s Shorts
One of the things I love about the Sundried brand is that being eco-conscious doesn’t mean style is compromised.
These shorts are functional whilst also being a cool and contemporary design. They feature a small back pocket large enough to fit a smart phone, and a comfortable wide waist band with internal drawstring to prevent slippage whilst exercising. The shorts also boast a clever double layer that provides an elegant silhouette with added coverage for modesty and support.
The stand out feature of these shorts is that they’re part of the Eco Core range which is made from 100% plastic bottles.
Eco Charge Tour Noir Women’s Vest
Once again, this vest is super stylish and super eco conscious. Made from recycled coffee grounds this pioneering range is both innovative and sustainable.
The vest boasts breathability and sweat-wicking, odour-blocking technology, and UV protection. It’s beautifully soft with multi-way stretch, and dries 200 times faster than cotton. The mesh racer back design is understated cool, and the versatility and responsible fabric make it another winner for me.

Having finally started to prioritise time for myself to do a little bit of exercise again (it’s only been about five years since I regularly visited a gym!), it’s fab to be kitted out in premium sportswear that I can feel good about.
Not only are these clothes super comfortable and highly functional to enhance performance, they can also be worn with pride.
